Due to COVID-19 tours of the ATW have been paused until further notice.

Book in for a guided tour to learn about the history of the ATW and see the tapestries being woven on our looms.

During the tour you will also have an opportunity to observe the weavers at work from our mezzanine, and to look down into the colour laboratory where the yarns are dyed for production. ‚ÄčThe ATW has two galleries which feature curated exhibitions of tapestries, textiles and contemporary art on a rotating basis. We have also have a shop on site where we sell our exclusive yarns, with a colour range of 368 colours, as well as ATW cards, puzzles and books.

Please note - the mezzanine viewing platform is at the top of several stairs and is not wheelchair-accessible. If you require a wheelchair or walker, our friendly staff can arrange for you to watch the weavers from the workshop floor.

Tour are held weekly on Wednesdays at 11am and Thursdays at 2pm.
