ATW opened its doors to the public on the weekend as part of Open House Melbourne.
Highlights of the day included free drop in-kids weaving activities, where children got to try their hand at weaving and taking home their work, free guided tours focused on the architecture, history and modern use of the building, as well as the community loom.
Past Artists in Residence also showcased their handmade artworks, crafts, textiles, jewellery and ceramics in the Artist Market. Artists participating were:
