Join Artist in Residence Rebecca Diele for an artist talk and studio viewing at the Australian Tapestry Workshop (ATW)’s Artist in Residence studio space.

Rebecca Diele is a multi-disciplinary artist whose work spans weaving, mark-making, sculpture, and installation. Her practice is deeply rooted in an exploration of diverse materials, emphasising a methodology focused on process and materiality.

During her residency at the ATW, Rebecca has immersed herself in the tactile and rhythmic processes of weaving. She has been exploring the concept of bell-ringing: its resonance, sequence, and communal aspects and how these elements can inform her practice.
